The RSA is committed
to ensuring that its Fellowship and services are accessible to everyone
regardless of race, gender, ability, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or
age. We are collecting this information to enable us to understand how representative our membership is. It will enable
us to identify gaps in the diversity of Fellows, to explore the reasons, make
recommendations for improvements and benchmark our progress over time.
We recognise that some
people may regard some of this information as personal and we have, therefore,
included an option for ‘prefer not to say'.
All information collected in on this form will be treated confidentially in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will be stored on the RSA database. Access to this information will be restricted to staff involved in the processing and monitoring of this data. It will be used to provide anonymised statistical information only.
